Mutton Gushtaba


INGREDIENTS:-
800 gm Mutton Mince
1 & ½ TSP Ground Red Chili
1 & ½ TSP Coriander Powder
½ TSP Aniseeds Powder
1 TSP Ginger Powder
½ TSP Turmeric Powder
1 TSP Kasoori Methi
5 gm Mint
½ TSP Cardamom Powder
5 gm Garam Masala Powder
500 gm Yogurt

Salt (As Needed)
½ TSP Black Pepper Powder
½ TSP Garlic Paste
½ TSP Ginger Paste


METHOD:-
  1. First of all, take a bowl. Add Mutton Mince, Salt, Ginger Paste, Black Pepper Powder, Garlic Powder and mix these all
  2. Now make round Kofta’s from this mixture
  3. After this, add 4 cup water in a pan. Let it warm, then add kofta’s in this water and boil them for 30 Minutes
  4. Next, Add Yogurt in a bowl, also add Salt, Ground red Chili, Ginger Powder, Cardamom Powder, Aniseed Powder, Coriander Powder & mix these all ingredients.
  5. Then Add this Mixed Yogurt in a pan & Cook it at the low flame for 5 minutes
  6. Now add Garam Masala, boiled Kofta’s and cook them for 5 Minutes
  7. In the last, add Mint as a Garnishing
  8. Your Tasty Chicken Gushtaba is ready to serve
