INGREDIENTS:-
1 kg boneless beef
1/2 cup channa daal
1 cinnamon stick
1 medium onion
1 piece ginger
6 cloves garlic
1 large black cardamon
8 whole black peppers
10 dried red chillies whole
Garnish:
geen chillies
mint leaves
2 onions small cubes/chopped
corriander leaves
1 or 2 egg
METHOD:-
- Boil beef cubes with all the ingredients except the garnishing ones. When the meat is very tender and the water dries grind it finely .Add the garnishing ingredients and make flat rounds. Fry. You may add an egg or two to make kebabs that don't break on frying
